Research suggests that vasopressin levels increase in men when working on solving a problem as a team with their love interest. Studies have also found that men with higher levels of vasopressin tend to be more faithful and committed in relationships. Love it!

Here's a list of creative DIY projects you can work on with your babe to take advantage of the rush in hormones and maybe a closer bond with your partner.

1. Customized Canvas Art: Grab some paint and blank canvases, and create personalized artwork together. You can each paint something that represents your relationship or work on a single piece as a team. Wanna get really creative? Strip down and use washable, body-safe paint and paint each other. Then use your bodies in interesting ways to put the paint to the canvas.

   
   

2. DIY Candle Making: Make your own scented candles. You can choose your favorite fragrances and colors, and even add personal touches like dried flowers or custom labels.

   
   

3. Memory Scrapbook: Collect photos, ticket stubs, and other mementos from your relationship and create a scrapbook. It’s a great way to relive memories and create something meaningful together.

   
   

4. Home Cooked Dinner: Plan a meal, cook it together, and then enjoy it by candlelight. You can even make it themed, like an Italian night with homemade pasta or a sushi night with DIY rolls. Preparing and enjoying food can be very sensual.

9. Wine or Beer Tasting Kit: Set up your own tasting session at home. You can even make custom labels for the bottles and pair them with snacks or cheeses. Joe doesn't drink, so we'd recommend a kombucha brewing night, where we infuse our batches with delicious flavors.

   
   

10. Bath Bomb Making: Make your own bath bombs with different scents and colors. It’s a relaxing activity that gives you something luxurious to enjoy later. Anything that leads to a sexy bath together is worthwhile!
